This mountain renovation was a fun job! We converted approximately 700 square feet of basement space into an added mini master suite and bumped out the house a bit to added this super fun bunk space for kids (and adults!). The first floor was opened up and a full remodel done on the kitchen and all bathrooms (including changing the layout of the upstairs master).
One of the most dramatic changes was the new 1500 square foot, two level, all natural Ipe deck added to this mountain home which really allows the homeowners and vacationers to enjoy the beautiful lake view!
