Yes! We want our clients to feel that they can call on us for just about any project they may want to do. Here at Havenhill Homes we want to help guide you through the nuances of your renovation dreams. We love having the opportunity to give clarity to a project not only through our construction expertise but also through a fincial lens to help achieve the most of your investment.

A construction project is similar to a concert or band and the lead/General Contractor is the maestro. Without someone to coordinate and guide all the various elements that are a part of a successful remodeling project, you end up with nothing but noise, no matter how good each individual (subcontractor) may be. The last thing you want during a remodeling job is confusion and misunderstandings.

Havenhill Homes is a full-service general contracting firm. We provide ‘whole home’ remodeling services including but not limited to home additions, removal of load-bearing walls, kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation, painting, landscaping, and more.

Havenhill Homes is intentional in its effort to be ‘different’ from others in this industry. From taking measures to protect your home, to using state of the art construction techniques for tile showers and flooring, we strive to provide our clients the peace of mind of knowing exactly the scope of work included and the cost for that scope.

Yes. Copies of licensing and insurance are available on request.
Unfortunately, there is no clear cut answer for this question. While the answer “it depends” may not be what the customer wants to hear, it is the honest truth. The scope of the work will dictate how long a job will take. For example, if you are removing walls and structures, the actual construction will take much longer than if you were just installing some cabinetry or counters. It is also important to remember when doing any remodeling or renovation that requires the removal and addition of walls, inspections and permits may need to be acquired and that can add time to the project.
