Our Story
In 2016 Leandra made the decision to leave a 15 year career in project management, to become an entrepreneur.
With a lifetime love of real-estate and investment properties I started a residential redevelopment company that specialized in the purchase, renovation and resale of homes in the California Bay Area. After a few years the business grew from renovating investment properties to a general contracting business, helping home-owners with home renovations and additions.
In 2021, after the birth of our first son, Josiah, my husband (Darcio) and I felt God calling us to move to Tennessee. Those door quickly opened and we’ve been blessed to open a new company here focusing on remodeling homes in the Middle Tennessee area. Hence, Havenhill Homes was born.
I have since enjoyed the process of working with families and individuals the help them see their vision come to life. What I love the most about contracting is seeing a beautiful transformation take place and giving homeowners that peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.
We have since welcomed another son, Seth, born right here in Nolensville, TN! When I’m not working with homeowners I enjoy spending time with family swimming, riding bikes, working in my garden and baking bread.
